I wouldn’t say your skin is bad, just sensitive. If you’re using face washes try a exfoliating one.. it will clean your skin and also remove all the dead, dirty skin causing your flare ups. I personally use the exfoliant from pro active, its seriously so good. I’d suggest trying something natural first though.
- Licorice is a good product for sensitive skin. Look for skin care products that contain licorice.
- Green tea has anti-inflammatory properties, which may help prevent sensitive skin reactions.
- Aloe Vera can soothe skin that is red, irritated and blotchy. And works wonders with burning. And you can grow it, added bonus.
